Kenneth L. Edwards was born and educated in Charleston County, South Carolina. He earned his undergraduate degree from South Carolina State University and a law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. A retired Charleston County Summary Court Judge, Edwards is a dedicated legal historian with a passion for uncovering hidden truths and untold stories.

Edwards' distinguished legal career spans decades of dedicated service, enriched by the mentorship and guidance of some of the most respected names in the legal field. He had the honor of learning under the late Judge Richard E. Fields, the late Judge Bernard Fieldings, Retired Judge Daniel Martin, Sr., the late, great trial attorney Russell Brown, and retired trial attorney Fred Henderson Moore.
